IAT customers are asked to provide certain information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address and payment method, when they register for training or our Annual Conference. The personal information collected from customers during the registration process is used to plan these educational events and to provide customers with pertinent information regarding these events. We may send you information through email, phone or regular mail.
Contact information is also required to determine the right of client access to the User Network portion of our website and to identify the source of comments submitted to the Users' Forum. In most cases, this contact information is already in our client database.
IAT may share contact information with other attendees of events in order to facilitate networking among attendees. IAT may share numbers of people attending events and identifying information (like Name and Address) with IAT vendor partners for their use in offering related products and services to customers at these events. Partners will not be allowed to use any information provided in serving our customers to be sold, rented, or given to any other company. Partners are not allowed to use IAT website-collected data for any other purpose other than IAT approved programs designed to better serve our customers.
