Financial Incentives for IAT Referrals

IAT offers financial incentive awards in exchange for qualified referrals from your company. The financial incentive awards are value-based awards for participating partners in the form of IAT Corporate Award Scrip. Two types of incentive awards are available, Corporate Incentive Awards and System Demo Awards:

Corporate Incentive Award
This award is given to the Heritage Partner each time a qualified referral (from the partner’s organization) results in a sale (in less than 120 days). It is calculated on the net sales price of the system that is sold. The net sales price excludes installation and interface fees. Program awards will be processed at the end of the month in which the final payment of the new IAT customer is received. The award for this category is: 1% of the net sales price or $500, whichever is greater, paid in IAT Corporate Award Scrip.

System Demo Award
This award is given to the Heritage Partner each time a comprehensive on-site demo (from the partner’s organization) results in a sale (in less than 120 days). These awards will be processed at the end of the month in which the final payment from the new IAT customer is received. The award for this category is: $250 paid in IAT Corporate Award Scrip.

The IAT Corporate Award Scrip may be redeemed for the following IAT billable items:

  • IAT Quarterly Support Fees
  • IAT Software Products
  • IAT Academy Training Tuition
  • IAT User Conference Registration Fees

IAT Heritage Partners Referral Qualifiers

A qualified referral is a company who is looking to purchase a predictive dialer or an IVR solution and who is not currently investigating CT Center with an IAT salesperson. The following guidelines must be met in order to receive the financial incentive awards. Referrals that do not qualify for incentive awards are still encouraged and appreciated.

  • All prospective partners must be approved by IAT, endorse the required agreement and comply with the terms of the Heritage Partners Program.
  • The referring partner must have had direct communication with the referred prospect within 10 days of submitting the lead.
  • The partner also must have notified the prospect that they are being referred to IAT and that a sales representative from IAT will call.
  • If IAT has had contact with the referred prospect less than 90 days before the referring date, the lead is ineligible. The regional sales manager will notify the partner immediately as to the status of the prospect.
  • Partners should be willing to participate in a prearranged teleconference call with IAT and the partner’s referred prospect.
  • The referred prospect must have purchased an IAT product within 120 days from the qualified lead date in order for the partner to receive the awards.
  • Awards will be processed at the end of the month in which the final payment from the new IAT customer is received.
  • Corporate Award Scrip expires one year after it is issued but may be accumulated until its expiration date.
  • Partners shall be solely responsible for any taxes that may be due on incentives that have been awarded.

Partners have the opportunity for reciprocal website links with IAT. The Partner’s section of IAT’s website includes a listing of all Heritage Partners, with a link to their website when available or a 50-word description of the company.

Leads
Requests to IAT for outsourcing referrals will be directed to Heritage Partners.

Advertising
Partners may provide their company logo for display on our tradeshow booths and may display the IAT Heritage Partners sign during their trade shows and other industry events.
