SmartDial
SmartDial® is the legacy predictive dialer developed by Information Access Technology (IAT). SmartDial was the first predictive dialer developed specifically for the collections industry. For many years the name SmartDial was synonymous with Predictive Dialer. Originally, the software was PICK-based and could support only about 40 collectors. Other IAT communications solutions products included SmartVoice digitally recorded messages and SmartCollect Pro interactive (IVR) messages.
As technology advanced and the needs of our customers dictated, SmartDial evolved into CT Center, IAT’s fully integrated, multi-faceted, Windows® -based communication solution. Our Predictive Dialer (PD) and Interactive Communications (IC) messaging systems are available for individual or combined use on the CT Center platform. CT Center is scalable for small to very large call centers. IAT has remained dedicated to providing the best products, services and support for debt collectors since 1986, when dialer technologies were first emerging.
