New Website - July 2007

We hope you’ve noticed the new design and feel of our website. The redesign consists of improved layout and navigation for easier and more intuitive browsing for visitors. 2007 User Conference "Big Ideas Round-Up"

IAT's Annual User Conference will be held September 16–19, 2007, at the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel, in historic San Antonio, Texas. This year's event, the "Big Ideas Round-Up," will give attendees opportunities to network, share ideas, receive special training on IAT systems, hear the latest in developments and, of course, have some fun. Guest speakers at the Conference will include Kurt Williams, Senior Consultant from AmeriBen/IEC Group; Dwain James, Executive Director ACA of Texas; and Manny Newburger, one of the leading FDCPA attorneys in the country. CTR Lite Call Recording - December 2006

IAT is proud to announce the release of our newest CT Center application, CTR Lite Call Recording. CTR Lite includes key recording features and supports up to 48 concurrent users. It is upgradeable to support additional users and features. Managers and agents can easily record calls for quality control, training purposes, productivity analysis, feedback, statistics, legal security and more.
