Online Academy in Full Swing
Recently, IAT introduced Online Academy—a new, monthly, web-based training program. CT Center users can now interact with one of IAT’s system specialists via web streaming in the comfort of their own offices. Participants will simultaneously hear and see presentations designed to optimize the collections workflow for all types of users—administrators, managers, team leaders and agents.
Each Online Academy session costs only $125.00, and allows for as many users to participate as you can seat in the room. Participants may gather around a single computer monitor or gather in a conference room with a projected screen.
The sessions are concluded with an interactive question and answer period, ensuring that participants get the most from the training. Online Academy is a great way to train new or experienced agents and managers with new tools and ideas for improving workflow and productivity.
Training sessions will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on the last full week every other month at 10 a.m. MST. There will be no training in December because of the holidays.
