New Features for CT Center
A myriad of new features have been added to CT Center over the past several months. At our User Conference, attendees learned about the new features and got the first opportunity to install the newest features. Brief explanations for each feature are below and on our website. Contact your IAT Regional Sales Manager for more information.
Display Center. Multiple display monitor capability to display company information such as agent activity and statistics, dialer statistics, list data, routing queue status and information, general information from any document or web address, etc. See newsletter article on display center for more information.
Call Recording Lite. Call recording of agent calls. User access of recordings via a web browser. A manager can request an agent’s call be recorded in Manager Center. An agent can request their call be recorded in Agent Access. General recording rules can be set by Agent, Extension, or Client. Search of recordings by Data/Time, Dialed Number, Caller ID, Extension, Agent, Account Number and Client.
