New IAT Employees

This past quarter, IAT added two new faces to our support department and an administrative assistant. Take a moment to learn about them:

Elise Ricks, Customer Service Operator, began working at IAT in March, eager to put her previous receptionist experience to work. She loves sewing, movies – especially those starring Lauren Bacall – and playing with her nieces and nephews.

Irfan Quraishi, Customer Support Specialist, accumulated eight years in the Telecomm industry and four years of IT experience before joining IAT in March. Out of the office, he likes to cook and spend time with his family, playing video games, spies, or basketball with the older kids and helping with his newborn baby.

Michalle Boyce, Administrative Assistant, joined IAT in January with years of experience in customer service. She is a mother of two, wife of a pilot and a full-time student. Michalle loves cooking and horses.
