Support Department Changes

By now, many of you have heard about – and maybe even experienced – our Customer Service Department’s new methods, which increase communication between you and IAT.

Already, customers have noticed the difference. Donne Viau, Telephony Administrator for MiraMed Revenue Group, Lombard, IL, said, “IAT’s new system for handling support calls is a 110 percent improvement. It’s much more efficient.
